Health & Medical Service AG (HMS) is the owner of Incluscope, operates the Inclusion Check and is responsible for its further development. In addition, HMS ensures that the Inclusion Check is publicized throughout Switzerland and that a corresponding referral network is established and maintained.
The scientific partner of the Inclusion Check is the Center for Disability and Integration at the University of St. Gallen.
The free basic version of the Inclusion Check was developed with the financial support of the Swiss Federal Office for the Equality of People with Disabilities (EBGB).

With Incluscope, organisations can decide which topics to focus on in the survey and add their own questions if necessary. Experts set up the survey and evaluate it after completion. The results are presented at a workshop, where targeted measures can be developed together.

iPunkt helps companies recognise and expand their inclusion potential, from recruitment and leadership to the values they uphold in everyday working life.
Stiftung Profil
Stiftung Profil supports companies that want to employ people with disabilities or health impairments. Following a free initial consultation, a modular system is used to create a tailor-made inclusion plan with a concrete offer.
