Structure of the Inclusion-Check
The St. Gallen Inclusion Index is a central component of the Inclusion-Check.
The index measures the following dimensions at the organizational level
- Equal opportunities: There are fair career opportunities for all employees in my team
- Diversity of perspectives: In my team, all employees can contribute their ideas and opinions
At the employee level, the index measures the following dimensions:
- Authenticity: I can be authentic in my team
- Belonging: I feel I belong in my team
A Swiss benchmark with comparative values is presented for these four dimensions.
The Inclusion Check also covers the following diversity criteria:
- Age
- Gender
- Workload
- Funktion
- Physical Impairment
- Mental Impairment
