What is the added value of Inclusion-Check PLUS?

The Inclusion-Check provides a good overview of the inclusion situation within the company. With Inclusion-Check PLUS, the details can be crystallized by evaluating several team or department levels.

In which teams, departments or locations are there challenges and in which subject areas? The detailed evaluation with Inclusion-Check PLUS provides you with the answers.

You decide which organizational units and how many people you want to invite to participate in the survey. If you purchase Inclusion-Check PLUS, you will only be charged for the license for the defined number of people.

Example

Aliya Khan from Inclusive Future AG would like to conduct an Inclusion-Check survey for the ‘Production’ department. The production department has 500 employees working in four different locations.

She creates a survey group for each location, enters the number of employees, and purchases free user licenses for the Inclusion-Check. 412 employees participate in the survey.

After completion of the survey, she wants not only an evaluation of all survey groups, but also a detailed evaluation per location and therefore chooses Inclusion-Check PLUS. She pays for the additional evaluation levels in the tool for the 500 user licenses purchased. She can download the additional reports from the tool within minutes.
